EUNIC Mobility Scheme 2025-26: Call for Participants

The EUNIC Mobility Scheme 2025–2026 is now open for applications!

If you work for a EUNIC member organisation, you are invited to apply and take part in the scheme. This is a unique opportunity to travel to another EUNIC member organisation or cluster, learn more about different approaches to international cultural relations, exchange on key topics shaping our work, and strengthen connections across the network.

What’s new in this edition?

The 2025-2026 edition includes 21 exciting hosting offers.

Participants will have the chance to:

  • Gain insights into the work of the Goethe-Institut in Amman and the broader cultural ecosystem in Jordan
  • Join Berlin Design Week with the Austrian Cultural Forum in Berlin
  • Exchange with members of the London cluster at the British Council’s headquarters
  • Explore the Lithuanian Cultural Season in France with the Lithuanian Culture Institute in Vilnius
  • Learn about cultural projects and socio-political discussions in Bosnia and Herzegovina
  • Discover the EECP - Egyptian European Cultural Programme - with the EUNIC cluster in Cairo
    And many more visits hosted by members’ headquarters, local branches, or EUNIC clusters.

2 - Find the right match for your profile
All staff working at EUNIC member organisations are welcome to apply. Some visits are designed for colleagues with specific areas of expertise, so please read the participant profile carefully to ensure a good match with your experience and professional development goals.

3 - Submit your application by 28 June 2025 (23:59 CEST)
Apply by filling out the application form and sending it to Roxane Schavoir.

What happens next?

Selected participants will be notified over the summer. Mobility visits will take place between October 2025 and June 2026.

Support from EUNIC

The EUNIC office has allocated a budget to partially cover travel and accommodation costs for participants where needed, and within the funding limits set by Creative Europe.

Priority for grants will be given to participants travelling within their region.
