Apply Now: Mobility Scheme 2025-2026 Call for Hosting Offers
Are you interested in hosting professionals from the EUNIC network in your office? Do you want to be part of an enriching experience and exchange knowledge on key topics? The EUNIC Mobility Scheme is looking for you!

As host of the Mobility Scheme, you will have the opportunity to select a number of participants to come to your office and gain insights into your work, your local context and exchange on specific topics that are of shared strategic relevance. Hosts can be EUNIC members’ headquarters, a local branch or a EUNIC cluster.
Main objectives
The main objectives of the EUNIC mobility scheme are:
- To better understand each other’s approaches, get to know each other better and thereby strengthening the network;
- To allow direct exchanges between members and encourage the creation of partnerships on different levels;
- To enhance cooperation and collaboration amongst the EUNIC members on key topics of shared strategic relevance defining contemporary international cultural relations;
- To join the dots between different programme activities of EUNIC and allow for focused follow up and development of connections and topics from recent EUNIC regional seminars, knowledge sharing workshops and cluster fund projects.
EUNIC member organisations (headquarters, branches, clusters) are invited to submit a hosting offer of around two days that will take place between October 2025 and June 2026.
How does it work?

- The call for hosting offers opens on 4 April and invites the network to submit their offers until 9 May 2025;
