EU National Institutes for Culture (EUNIC) and Northern Dimension Partnership on Culture (NDPC) are launching a call for proposals for a mapping study on mobility and collaboration funding for the cultural and creative industries sector in the Northern Dimension countries.

The aim is to create a NDPC regional mobility scheme that will build the capacity of cultural and creative industry professionals, enhance cross-disciplinary exchanges, intercultural dialogue and explore markets. A regional NDPC mobility scheme could create an added value in terms of boosting creativity, exploring markets and developing careers.

How can you get involved? EUNIC and NDPC are looking for an author or team of authors to map and analyse the existent mobility and funding mechanisms available for the CCI stakeholders in the Northern Dimension countries. The study should include a needs and context analysis, provide support for strategic positioning of the NDPC in the region and produce a list of recommendations for creating a NDPC mobility and small-scale project grant scheme in the future.

The study should be finalised by mid-September 2021.
