EU National Institutes for Culture - EUNIC

Our Members

EUNIC members

EUNIC members are responsible for international cultural relations, engaging in cultural and related activities beyond their national borders.

We bring together both cultural institutes that operate at arm’s length from national governments and national bodies or ministries, in one community of practice.

Our members typically have a physical presence internationally, through institutes, cultural centres or embassies, and operate in partnership programmes and initiatives from their headquarters in Europe.

EUNIC represents 39 members, which are based across all 27 EU Member States, as well as two associated members in the United Kingdom and Ukraine.
